“Taste Me” is a catering company owned by a woman who trained at the Culinary Institute of America. She has helped companies create seasonings for gumbo, chili, greens, dressing and other dishes. Has taught the culinary arts in Chicago and in her spare time wins Gumbo Cook offs.
